Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+.
• 3+ years of pharmacy experience preferred.
• 1+ years as active retail Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of RxEVO, RxIMS and H-E-B SOPs.
• Strong communication and telephone etiquette.
• Proficient with MS Office and related systems.
• Good math skills for measurements.
• Able to manage multiple priorities.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• Texas CPhT registration.
• RxEVO certification.
• Completed required training programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and uphold service standards.
• Resolve third-party issues and manage exception station.
• Process prescriptions in RxEVO; verify patient information.
• Coordinate Rx screening, flu shots, and immunization scheduling.
• Maintain Rx screener status and participate in screenings.
• Assist with recalls, offsite records, and stock returns.
• Order and manage inventory; process supplier invoices.
• Review warehouse and DSD orders; check deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintain prescription processing equipment and calibration.
• Ensure PHI privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Support 5-S and ORT procedures; assist Pharmacy Manager with maintenance.
