Job summary

The role requires proficiency with RxEVO, RxIMS, and other H-E-B systems, accurate counting, adherence to HIPAA, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting. Shifts include nights and weekends, with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Active State of Texas registration as certified pharmacy technician (CPhT).
• 3+ years of pharmacy experience (preferred).
• Experience working with H-E-B RxEVO, RxIMS and SOPs.
• Advanced communication skills and telephone etiquette.
• Proficient in MS Office and pharmacy-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and pharmacy support per SOPs.
• Process prescriptions accurately, including third-party adjudication.
• CoordinateRx screening events, immunization scheduling, and related activities.
• Manage inventory, invoices, and recalls; review warehouse/DSD orders.
• Maintain automated processing equipment and ensure proper calibration.
