Qualifications

• Age 18+
• 3+ years pharmacy experience (preferred)
• 1+ years as active retail Certified Pharmacy Technician
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of H-E-B RxEVO system
• Understand SOPs
• Advanced communication and telephone etiquette
• Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and related systems (RxEVO, RxIMS, PartnerNet, Workforce Manager)
• Math skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Team-oriented with cross-training openness
• HS Diploma or GED
• Texas CPhT license with CE requirements
• RxEVO certification

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and adhere to 'Greet, Ask & Thank' and phone strategies
• Manage exception station; resolve third-party issues
• Process prescriptions with RxEVO; verify patient info; input into system
• Coordinate Rx screening events, flu shot and immunization scheduling
• Maintain Rx screener status and participate in events
• Assist with pharmacy operations tasks and recalls
• Order/inventory management and daily invoicing
• Review Warehouse/DSD orders; check deliveries for accuracy
• Maintain automated processing equipment (Kirby Lester, ScriptPro)
• Apply computer troubleshooting and prescription application overview
• Process RxIMS reports and ensure compliance
• Follow RTS procedures and maintain shelves organization
• Support Pharmacy Manager with facility maintenance and 5-S
• Comply with HIPAA and privacy requirements
