Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Pharmacy Care Representative to join a team delivering superior customer service in a retail pharmacy setting. You will work with pharmacists, technicians, and PCRs to ensure accurate prescriptions, patient privacy, and a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities include processing prescriptions in RXEVO, assisting with vaccines and MTM events, managing inventory, and following SOPs while providing friendly, efficient service to customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in retail; experience in pharmacy a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service in collaboration with Pharmacists and team.
• Greet, ask, and thank customers; direct calls appropriately.
• Handle prescriptions and obtain demographic and profile information.
• Process prescriptions into RXEVO and manage will-call files.
• Assist with vaccine scheduling and immunization activities.
• Support Rx screening events and MTM scheduling.
• Maintain inventory and ensure correct stocking.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and SOP compliance.
