Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a qualified Pharmacy Technician to support daily operations in a fast-paced retail setting. You will process prescriptions, verify patient data, and resolve third‑party issues while upholding service standards and patient privacy.

You will coordinate immunization scheduling, assist with recalls, and manage inventory with standard operating procedures. Texas registration as CPhT is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of pharmacy experience preferred.
• Active Texas Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required.
• Experience with RxEVO, RxIMS and pharmacy software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and uphold service standards.
• Process prescriptions, verify patient information, and manage third-party issues.
• Coordinate immunization scheduling and Rx screening events.
• Maintain inventory, handle recalls, and process invoices daily.
• Ensure PHI privacy and HIPAA compliance in all duties.
• Support Pharmacy Manager with safety and 5-S compliance.
