Job summary

ContinuumRx is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support patient communication, therapy progress updates, and order refills. You will assist pharmacists, gather laboratory values, and maintain accurate EMR documentation while upholding HIPAA guidelines.

This on-site role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have state-certified technician credentials, strong organizational skills, and a track record of reliable performance.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician training or certification as per state regulations.
• Active and in-good-standing pharmacy technician license/registration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient follow-up and refill coordination; assist with processing and delivery of orders.
• Review inventory with patients to ensure proper refills and supplies.
• Document progress notes timely and accurately in EMR.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and clinicians on patient care and questions.
• Assist with obtaining and recording laboratory values in EMR.
• Support delivery and equipment pick-up scheduling with the team.
