Job summary

Clearway Health seeks a certified pharmacy technician to join our specialty pharmacy team as Pharmacy Patient Liaison I. You will act as the bridge between patients and pharmacists, supporting clinicians in complex therapies and delivering patient-centered care.

You will enroll patients, retain them in our programs, manage enrollment tasks, and ensure adherence through outreach and EMR workflows, contributing to patient outcomes and organizational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years direct pharmacy experience required.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license (state unspecified).
• Certified Pharmacy Technician with relevant license and experience in specialty pharmacy is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication required; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Enroll patients into Clearway Health Specialty Pharmacy programs and expand patient base.
• Perform enrollment tasks and follow up on leads from providers and patients.
• Build relationships with patients and providers to ensure continuity of care and enrollment.
• Coordinate with clinicians, care teams, and EMR for prior authorizations and documentation.
• Assist in training new hires and supporting day-to-day operations.
