Job summary

Clearway Health is seeking a Pharmacy Patient Liaison I to bridge patients and pharmacists in a specialty pharmacy setting. You will support complex therapies, combine customer service with strong pharmacy operations knowledge, and help drive outcomes for patient care and the health system.

You will develop relationships with providers, manage enrollment and adherence efforts, and contribute to a high-performing specialty pharmacy team in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• Active pharmacy technician license in the applicable state is required.
• National certification (PTCB or ExCPT) is required or verified.

Responsibilities

• Enroll patients into the Clearway Health Specialty Pharmacy program and meet enrollment goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with providers and care teams to ensure continuity of enrollment.
• Deliver adherence support and outbound therapy check-ins to minimize gaps in care.
• Navigate EMR systems to retrieve documentation for prior authorizations and care coordination.
• Train and support new hires in day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with processes.
• Manage patient relationships and provide excellent customer service across channels.
