Job summary

SynergenX Health is hiring a Pharmacy Customer Care Representative to join our full-time team in a role focused on inbound patient support in weight loss and hormone therapy programs. You will be the first point of contact, guiding patients, scheduling appointments in our EHR, and ensuring a compassionate, accurate service experience.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (11:00 AM–8:00 PM) with paid on-site training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year in healthcare call center (preferred).
• 1+ year experience with CRM or EHR software.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to document information accurately.
• Professional, dependable, positive, and solutions-oriented.
• Calm and compassionate—even when a patient is frustrated.
• Team player in a collaborative environment.
• Able to pass a routine background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls and messages promptly, professionally, and with genuine care.
• Listen to patients, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.
• Schedule patient appointments in our EHR system.
• Handle questions, concerns, and complaints with patience, professionalism, and good judgment.
• Route calls and requests to the appropriate team members when needed.
• Document patient communications accurately in our CRM.
• Help patients have a smooth and positive experience with our services.
• Support administrative tasks and assist the team when needed.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive patient information.
