  • Goal-Driven Role – Your conversations directly contribute to appointments, patient engagement, and team success.

  • Fun, Team-Oriented Culture – Work with people who support each other and bring positive energy to the team.

  • Paid Training – We will teach you our systems, services, scripts, and processes.

  • Career Growth – Opportunities to learn, develop, and grow within the organization.

  • Competitive Pay & Benefits – Starting at $19.50/hour plus a comprehensive benefits package.

  • Follow up with patients who have expressed interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment.

  • Reconnect with previous patients who may be ready to return for care.

  • Talk with patients about SynergenX services and help them understand their next steps.

  • Build rapport quickly and create a positive experience from the first "hello.".

  • Confidently ask patients to schedule an appointment.

  • Answer common questions and work through objections in a friendly, professional way.

  • Use approved scripts while keeping conversations natural and personalized.

  • Listen to each patient and tailor the conversation to their needs.

  • Accurately schedule appointments in our designated systems.

  • Document patient interactions and follow-up activity in our CRM/EHR systems.

  • Participate in outbound campaigns and patient outreach initiatives.

  • Meet individual appointment-setting, productivity, and conversion goals.

  • Stay organized and keep up with patient follow-ups.

  • Maintain professionalism when speaking with hesitant, frustrated, or difficult callers.
