Job summary

SynergenX Health is seeking an Inbound/Outbound Customer Care Representative in Houston to support patients across their healthcare journey. You will handle calls, schedule appointments, and provide a positive patient experience.

The role requires at least 1 year in a high-volume call center and experience with CRM/EHR systems, plus excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Paid training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience.
• At least 1 year of experience using CRM or EHR software.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and messages promptly, professionally, and with care.
• Schedule patient appointments using our EHR system.
• Respond to patient questions and concerns and route issues appropriately.
• Document patient communications accurately in our CRM.
• Provide a welcoming and helpful experience during every interaction.
• Assist with administrative tasks and other team needs as needed.
