Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable asking for appointments and handling objections.
• Ability to document patient interactions accurately.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; HIPAA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing patients.
• Follow up with patients who expressed interest or did not schedule.
• Reconnect with previous patients ready to return for care.
• Talk with patients about SynergenX services and next steps.
• Build rapport quickly and create a positive experience from the first hello.
• Ask patients to schedule appointments confidently.
• Address questions and objections in a friendly, professional way.
• Use approved scripts while keeping conversations natural.
• Listen to patients and tailor conversations to their needs.
• Accurately schedule appointments in our CRM/EHR systems.
• Document patient interactions and follow-up activity.
• Participate in outbound campaigns and patient outreach.
• Meet appointment-setting, productivity, and conversion goals.
• Stay organized with patient follow-ups.
• Maintain professionalism with hesitant or difficult callers.
• Collaborate with teammates to reach department goals.
