Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Applications Delivery Lead to own end-to-end outcomes for the Pharmacy Applications portfolio, including intake, build/configuration, integration, and run support. You will serve as the single accountable owner for delivery and stability across platforms, coordinating with business, Ops, and vendor teams.

You will shape multi-year roadmaps, balance features with run stability, manage budgets and capacity, and drive disciplined SDLC practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams across engineering, product, and operations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, middleware, APIs, and SQL-based data access.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outcomes for Pharmacy Applications across intake, build/configuration, and run.
• Serve as the accountable owner for pharmacy system delivery and stability.
• Translate goals into executable delivery plans with clear scope and risk awareness.
• Ensure predictable delivery through disciplined planning and integration-heavy environments.
• Define architecture directions and platform roadmaps for assigned pharmacy apps.
• Maintain delivery hygiene with WBS, RAID logs, and change control.
• Build and run transitions, run stability, and service level alignment.
• Lead relationships with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
