Job summary

Artech LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Lead Consultant focused on pharmacy applications and healthcare technology. This role will guide application support, enhancements, and integrations across ScriptMed, Salesforce, SAP, and middleware within a pharmacy ecosystem.

The candidate should have 10+ years in IT with 4+ years in pharmacy, strong API/integration skills, and proven leadership for cross-functional teams. HIPAA compliance and offshore/vendor coordination are part of the scope.

Qualifications

10+ years IT experience with at least 4 years in pharmacy or healthcare applications.
Hands-on experience supporting pharmacy management platforms (ScriptMed preferred).
Strong knowledge of ScriptMed, Salesforce, SAP, APIs, integration patterns, and ESB middleware.
Experience with eRx, patient enrollment, prescription processing, order management, and pharmacy workflows.
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical lead for pharmacy applications and related integrations.
Lead solution design, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support.
Manage integrations between ScriptMed, Salesforce, SAP, ESB middleware, shipping vendors, and external partners.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, vendors, and development teams to deliver enhancements and releases.
Drive defect resolution, system stability, performance improvements, and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with healthcare, HIPAA, and pharmacy-related regulations.
Provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and coordinate offshore/vendor resources.
