Job summary

First Soft Solutions LLC seeks an experienced Technical Lead Consultant with extensive pharmacy and healthcare technology expertise to lead application support and integrations across a pharmacy ecosystem. The role covers ScriptMed, Salesforce, SAP, and ESB middleware with a focus on compliant operations.

You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and coordinate offshore resources while delivering enhancements and ensuring system stability and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 4 years in pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare applications.
• Hands-on experience supporting pharmacy management platforms (ScriptMed preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ScriptMed, Salesforce, SAP, APIs, integration patterns, and ESB middleware.
• Experience with eRx, patient enrollment, prescription processing, order management, and pharmacy workflows.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for pharmacy applications and related integrations.
• Lead solution design, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support.
• Manage integrations between ScriptMed, Salesforce, SAP, ESB middleware, shipping vendors, and external partners.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, vendors, and development teams to deliver enhancements and releases.
• Drive defect resolution, system stability, performance improvements, and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare, HIPAA, and pharmacy-related regulations.
• Provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and coordinate offshore/vendor resources.
