Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering for PharmaApps to own end-to-end delivery of pharmacy applications. You will drive architecture, platform evolution, and cross-functional execution across engineering, integration, QA, PM, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities include setting roadmaps, managing budgets and capacity, ensuring regulatory and security readiness, and delivering observable, reliable systems that support patient onboarding and pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in delivery leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, SQL-based data access, and hybrid cloud.
• Experience overseeing SDLC governance and operational delivery.
• Experience in regulated or operationally critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outcomes for Pharmacy Applications delivery and run.
• Translate goals into delivery plans with scope, dependencies, success criteria, and risk awareness.
• Define platform strategy, priorities, roadmap, and investment recommendations.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and ensure observability with dashboards and alerts.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders to deliver value.
