Job summary

Cardinal Health invites an experienced Pharmacy Applications leader to own end-to-end delivery for our pharmacy applications portfolio. You will drive planning, alignment with business goals, and governance across the SDLC to ensure stable, compliant operations.

You will partner with product, architecture, and vendor teams to balance modernization with regulatory requirements, maintainability, and run‑state reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in regulated environments.
• Experience owning application roadmaps and vendor delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outcomes for Pharmacy Applications across intake, build/configuration, integration, and run.
• Serve as single accountable owner for pharmacy system delivery, stability, and outcomes.
• Translate pharmacy operations goals into executable delivery and integration plans with clear scope and risks.
• Define and maintain SLIs/SLOs for pharmacy platforms and critical integration flows.
• Own intake evaluation, prioritization, and sequencing of enhancements and platform modernization.
• Lead relationships with vendors, product teams, and pharmacy operations leadership.
• Ensure architecture decisions, scalability, and maintainability in partnership with Enterprise Architecture.
