Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking a Senior Pharmacy & Project Manager to lead multiple complex pharmacy and healthcare projects from planning through delivery. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage vendors and contracts, and ensure governance and regulatory compliance across enterprise initiatives.

The role emphasizes pharmacy benefit management expertise, cost optimization, and strategic leadership across Pharmacy, Clinical, Finance and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires strong healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM) and enterprise project management experience.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent pharmacy and healthcare projects from planning through delivery.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, contracts, SLAs, KPIs and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities
