SCAN Health Insurance is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Analytics (Manager, Pharmacy Analytics) to lead a analytics team and partner with Pharmacy leadership. You will drive data-informed decisions, optimize pharmacy operations, and improve patient outcomes through data across EHRs, claims, and formulary data.

You will develop dashboards and models, set KPIs, mentor staff, and collaborate across departments to advance strategic goals while navigating CMS/regulatory requirements and evolving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or related field; PharmD preferred.
• 3-5 years of related experience in healthcare analytics, pharmacy informatics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of demonstrated management and leadership experience.
• 2+ years of prior managed care experience with Part D at a PBM or health plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts to collect, organize, and analyze healthcare data from EHRs, claims databases, and internal/external systems.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track KPIs related to pharmacy operations, adherence, outcomes, and financial metrics.
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in pharmacy services, utilization, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with leadership to define analytics priorities and establish success metrics.
• Support regulatory compliance by providing data for audits and staying informed on industry trends and technologies.
