Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare/related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy healthcare analytics and trend management.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, SQL or SAS for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Mine and report pharmacy data to identify trends and KPIs.
• Create and present comprehensive reports with actionable insights.
• Document data processes into formal procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and team training on data tools.
• Collaborate with clinical, financial, actuarial, provider, network, and operations teams.
