Job summary

CDPHP is seeking a Pharmacy Analytics Consultant to provide analytic support across Pharmacy and Medical Drug information needs. You will collaborate with clinical, financial, sales, and leadership teams to deliver insights that influence affordability and program effectiveness.

The role requires strong data analysis, dashboard development, and cross-functional communication to drive enterprise goals and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Medical Informatics, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge and applicable use of SAS, Cognos, Excel, SPSS, DataFlux, AQT, Winscp, puTTy, etc.
• Proficient in SAS and/or Cognos and Microsoft tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform research on projects and lead initiatives to meet business objectives.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements.
• Provide analytic support to Pharmacy Division and other departments.
• Develop data strategies and automated reports, dashboards, and cubes.
