Job summary

SCAN Group in United States (Long Beach area) is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Analytics (Pharmacy Analytics) to lead analytics for pharmacy operations and patient outcomes. You will guide a team, develop data models, and present insights to leadership to drive cost-efficient, high-quality care.

You will collaborate with Pharmacy leadership, manage audits, and stay ahead of industry trends in health IT and pharmacare informatics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or PharmD preferred in a health-related field.
3–5 years in healthcare analytics or pharmacy informatics.
2–3 years of demonstrated management experience.
2+ years of managed care experience with Part D.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of analysts in collecting, organizing, and analyzing healthcare data.
Develop data models, dashboards, and reports for KPIs on pharmacy operations.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve cost-effectiveness and patient care.
Collaborate with leadership to set analytics priorities and targets.
Support regulatory audits with data and documentation.
Communicate findings to stakeholders with clear visuals and narratives.
Mentor team members and oversee projects from inception to completion.
Anticipate changes in the pharmacy landscape and regulatory requirements.
