Job summary

ProCare Rx in Southfield, MI is seeking a client services professional to manage relationships with clients through face-to-face meetings, email, and phone communications.

You will identify and resolve client issues, log and track open tickets, provide basic benefit consulting and training, and facilitate resolution of all client-related matters to ensure deliverables meet expectations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years PBM or pharmacy-related experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients via face-to-face meetings, e-mail, and telephone correspondence, using good listening and comprehension skills.
• Identify, research, isolate, resolve, and follow up on all reported client issues, escalating more complex issues to management as appropriate.
• Log and manage all open issues.
• Provide basic benefit consulting and training on an ongoing basis and facilitate the resolution of all issues pertaining to the client.
• Ensure that all client deliverables are accurate, delivered, and meet the needs of the client.
