Job summary

Remote position with standard first-shift hours and on-call responsibilities; licensed pharmacists with state reciprocity eligibility are preferred, and Epic certification is required within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the state(s) of practice or eligible for reciprocity required.
• EPIC certification within 6 months as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Leverages pharmacist clinical and informatics skills to support the medication EHR as a liaison.
• Develops informatics plans, data analysis, and systems to improve medication safety and workflows.
• Designs and implements new EHR builds to support clinical practice and patient care quality.
