Requires a PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy with PGY1/PGY2 in informatics or 3 years of pharmacist experience. Remote positions offered across multiple states; standard first-shift hours and on-call as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Requires 3 years of pharmacist experience or completion of PGY1/PGY2 in pharmacy informatics.
• Epic Willow certification is preferred.
• Experience with medication records, formularies, shortages, labeling, interfaces, automated dispensing systems, or infusion pumps.
• Ability to translate clinical decisions and operational needs into system build requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leverages pharmacist clinical and informatics skills to support the medication electronic health record.
• Serves as a liaison regarding clinical informatics.
• Develops informatics plans, data analysis, and systems to advance evidence-based practice and safety.
• Designs, evaluates, and implements new EHR build to support clinical practice.
• Consults with providers, leadership, physicians, and clinicians to evaluate information systems.
• Provides link between medication workflows and technology and communicates complex informatics issues.
• Supports informatics solutions for clinical and operational improvements.
• Assists in creating data analytics to facilitate data review and performance.
• Develops automated clinical rules supporting patient care.
