Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to support on-site inventory analysis, counting, and standard operating procedures. You will work with warehousing and logistics teams to ensure accuracy and SOX compliance, reporting to the ICQA Area Manager.

Responsibilities include audits, data analysis of stock movements, identifying discrepancies, and helping implement inventory controls. You will train operations on new procedures and collaborate across supply chain and procurement to

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in inventory control or similar role.
Background in pharmaceutical distribution and regulatory requirements (SOX, FDA, CGMP, GDP).
Proficiency with Netsuite, ePRO, SAP or similar ERP systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities across levels.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits and cycle counts.
Analyze inventory data and generate reports on levels and stock movements.
Identify discrepancies between records and physical counts and investigate root causes.
Help develop and implement inventory control procedures to improve accuracy.
Assist in training operations on new inventory control procedures.
Collaborate with supply chain, procurement and warehouse teams for continuous improvement.
