Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support on-site inventory control analysis, counting, and SOPs. You will work within pharma logistics, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance, reporting to the ICQA Area Manager.

Scheduled shifts Sun-Wed 5:30pm-4am; strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills preferred. Experience with ERP systems like Netsuite/SAP/ePRO is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years as Inventory Control Specialist or similar role.
• 2+ years in Pharmacy Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, regulatory requirements (SOX, FDA, CGMP, GDP).

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Analyze inventory data and generate reports on stock movements.
• Identify discrepancies between records and physical counts and investigate causes.
• Help develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Assist in training operations on new inventory control procedures.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement and warehouse teams for continuous improvement.
