Hims & Hers Health, Inc. seeks an IC Operations Manager to safeguard inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and quality within a pharmaceutical fulfillment center. The role blends pharmacist-level judgment with hands-on inbound receiving, stowing, and fulfillment center QA.

You will lead safety, inventory, SOX compliance, and cross-functional process improvements, ensuring product integrity and traceability across the network.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Thorough understanding of SOX and related counts.
• Knowledge of GDP/CGMP and regulatory distribution guidelines.
• Proven ability to lead managers and hourly staff.
• Strong analytical and risk-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound receiving, inspection, and stowing for pharmaceutical products.
• Maintain SOX compliant inventory controls and quarterly counts.
• Lead a team of managers and up to ~30 hourly staff; schedule and develop talent.
• Standardize product catalog across sites; ensure naming consistency.
• Monitor inventory metrics and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to safeguard product integrity.
