Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support on-site inventory control analysis, counting, and SOPs. The role requires experience in pharmaceuticals, logistics, and regulatory compliance, reporting to the ICQA Area Manager. Shifts include Sun-Wed and Wed-Sat.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Inventory Control or similar, pharma preferred.
• 2+ years in Pharmacy SCM or related field.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (SOX, FDA, CGMP, GDP).
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts; reconcile with system records.
• Analyze inventory data and generate stock movement reports.
• Investigate discrepancies between records and physical counts.
• Develop and implement inventory controls to improve accuracy.
• Train operations on new inventory control procedures.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement and warehouse teams.
