Job summary

Lumicera is seeking a Pharmacist, Clinical Consultation to join our team. The role conducts telephonic patient consultations on specialty medications, performs medication reconciliation, screens for interactions, and supports timely order processing.

You will interpret prescriptions, contact providers for clarification, maintain documentation, and back up colleagues while adhering to regulatory standards. This position offers strong benefits, a 7.5% annual bonus, and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy with PharmD or BS degree.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of residence.
• At least two years of experience as a practicing pharmacist preferred.
• Strong clinical background and familiarity with specialty pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic patient consultations on specialty medications.
• Perform medication reconciliation and screen for interactions.
• Interpret prescriptions and contact providers for clarifications.
• Document and report interventions in the pharmacy system.
• Back up other pharmacists and support quality standards and processes.
