Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Pharmacist Care Manager to oversee the Contact Center and Clinical Operations, ensuring compliant, safe, and scalable processes. You will drive operational excellence, patient safety, and performance metrics while leading and developing a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a high-performing pharmacy operation.
• Experience maintaining pharmacy compliance with State Boards and DEA.
• Experience creating and enforcing new workflows for partnerships and regulatory initiatives.
• Experience in data-driven operational decisions using Excel/Tableau/Looker.

• Own Contact Center and Clinical Operations workflow.
