Fuze Health is seeking a Pharmacist Care Manager to lead the Contact Center and Clinical Operations, driving compliant, efficient and patient-centered workflows. You will oversee a team, ensure regulatory alignment, and partner across departments to launch initiatives and maintain high performance.

You will manage staffing, clinician training, and performance metrics, while expanding licensure and maintaining regulatory relations to support growth and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and enforcing new workflows for partnerships, product launches, and regulatory/accreditation requirements.
• 2+ years leading a high-performing pharmacy operation and managing workflows.
• Expertise establishing and improving complex workflows within a large operation.
• Experience using data analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, Looker) for operational excellence.

Responsabilités

• Own Contact Center and Clinical Operations workflow.
• Ensure metrics for efficiency, service levels, and quality for prescription processing.
• Supervise and mentor a diverse team, focusing on patient experience.
• Recruit, onboard, evaluate performance, and manage disciplinary actions.
• Create and enforce new workflows for partnerships, product launches, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure pharmacy compliance with regulatory and accreditation agencies.
• Triage and resolve day-to-day escalations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflows.
• Ensure patient safety and clinical excellence through Quality Performance Metrics.
• Oversee deployment, training, and standardization of policies.
• Establish a continuous improvement culture.
• Obtain out-of-state licensure for business continuity and growth.
• Ensure care operations comply with local/state/federal rules and third-party payor contracts.
• Own manager-on-duty expectations and on-call duties.
• Maintain good standing with regulatory boards.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract and develop pharmacists.
