Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required, Life Sciences preferred.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or related internship.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and influence prescribing habits.
• Strong communication, analytics, and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular territory coverage.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Develop understanding of the health care delivery system within each customer.
• Develop product and competitor knowledge and market trends.
• Collaborate with peers to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Manage territory budget to support sales/marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute brand strategy within the geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs and stay compliant with policies.
