Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join a nationwide team. You will promote products to physicians, develop a strategic territory plan, and build strong relationships to influence prescribing decisions.

This role requires 2+ years in pharma or related sales, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel including overnights. You must reside within the assigned territory to maximize coverage and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales, or B2B sales.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel including overnights/weekends.
• Must live within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Promote client's products to physicians and HCPs in territory and develop a territory business plan.
• Develop and maintain influential relationships to build brand loyalty.
• Utilize defined selling model to maximize customer commitment on each call.
• Leverage clinical study knowledge and managed care to tailor discussions for each physician.
• Travel as required to cover territory and meet customers.
