Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join a nationwide sales team.

You will develop and manage an assigned territory, promote client products to physicians and healthcare professionals, and contribute to territory business planning. The role requires 2 years of pharmaceutical or related sales experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel including overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or business-to-business sales experience.
• Must live within territory or territory boundaries.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client’s products to physicians and healthcare professionals in territory and develop a territory business plan to influence prescribing decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers in the territory to enhance loyalty and brand awareness.
• Utilize selling model to obtain commitment from customers on every call and improve territory engagement results.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to consult with physicians based on their needs.
