Job summary

Rust-Oleum seeks a high-performing sales leader to drive the pharmaceutical market portfolio in the assigned region. You will oversee profitability and growth, forecast demand, and report market performance to senior leadership.

You will train and motivate Territory Managers and partners to promote and sell into pharmaceutical accounts while managing national and regional relationships across firms and contractors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in sales, design, or equivalent role.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to organize and prioritize activities.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for P&L / growth of Pharmaceutical business within the defined region.
• Compiles reports evaluating Pharmaceutical Market performance for leadership teams.
• Forecasts market growth and develops strategic plans.
