Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Vendor Contracts Manager in the United States to lead end-to-end vendor contracts and change orders, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements to support study operations. You will coordinate with Legal, Strategic Sourcing, Business Development and Global Ops to ensure compliance, risk mitigation and timely execution, while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, or Finance required.
• 3–5 years of CRO/pharma vendor contracting experience.
• Juris Doctor degree preferred.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements per company policies.
• Review contract documents for internal/external accuracy and technical completeness.
• Perform risk analysis to identify potential risks and liabilities and suggest mitigations.
• Escalate when needed and coordinate with department head/legal counsel.
• Coordinate with Legal, Sourcing, Business Development and Global Ops to develop master agreements and change orders.
