Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Sr. Training Manager to develop, deliver, and manage pharmaceutical training initiatives across client programs. You will design content, coordinate reviews, and facilitate engaging sessions to enhance product knowledge, disease state understanding, and selling skills.

The role requires 3+ years in pharmaceutical sales training, 5+ years in national sales training with curriculum development, and strong MS Office/Adobe skills. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pharmaceutical training environment is mandatory.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales with training exposure is preferred.
• Experience managing multi-component programs from concept to completion under deadlines.
• Product launch experience or major indication launches are a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong track record in developing and executing training programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training materials for pharmaceutical clients.
• Facilitate live or virtual training sessions with strong platform skills and selling acumen.
• Support creation and management of training content through legal, regulatory, and medical review processes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement dynamic learning materials (slides, workshops, guides).
• Assist Directors of Training and Project Managers with detailed project management practices.
