Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking an experienced Training Lead to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for its field teams in the pharmaceutical space. You will collaborate with Sales, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams to implement onboarding and ongoing development initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales training within pharma or device sectors, plus strong classroom presence and adult-learning expertise. Travel and a dynamic, collaborative environment are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3–5 years’ experience in a Sales Training role within pharma or device industry
• Experience in HIV or rare disease
• Pharmaceutical/Device experience a plus
• Experience delivering training to a variety of audiences in a corporate setting
• Preferred experience selling and/or training
• Ability to command classroom presence and translate concepts into learning
• Fundamental knowledge of adult learning principles
• Strong platform/presentation/facilitation skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Project management abilities
• Adept at learning new technical/clinical product and disease knowledge
• Willingness to travel and overnight availability
• Ability to set goals and meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritize

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and implementation of training materials for current and future products.
• Identify, develop, and implement advanced learning programs focused on clinical acumen, skill development, and account management.
• Establish learning objectives translating strategy into actionable behaviors for field teams.
• Support onboarding and ongoing skill development with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR, Regulatory, and IT to ensure efficient onboarding.
• Deploy programs across onboarding, live/virtual trainings, and national meetings.
• Assess knowledge gaps and address them with training initiatives.
• Learn new disease state materials and train accordingly.
• Evaluate participant competency with detailed feedback.
• Develop plans with Sales management and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Guide LMS administration and distance learning tech; manage vendor partners.
• Coordinate with Medical and Commercial teams for speaker training.
• Participate in research to enhance future training materials.
