ImpactBio is seeking an entry-level Territory Sales Representative in Texas to launch Pivya® on Alembic Therapeutics' U.S. product. No pharma experience required; you will be trained to call on healthcare providers and build a high-performance sales routine.

This full-time role offers structured training, mentorship, and a clear path for growth as you develop relationships with physicians and office staff while traveling within your territory.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics.
• Desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
• Coachability and ability to apply feedback quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations.
