Job summary

ImpactBio, in partnership with Alembic Therapeutics, is launching Pivya®, an FDA-approved antibiotic, and seeks an entry-level Territory Sales Representative in Dearborn, MI. No prior pharmaceutical sales experience is required; you will receive training, mentorship, and a clear path to a long-term career in life sciences.

You’ll promote Pivya® to healthcare providers, build territory plans, and learn a proven sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics (some sales experience would be helpful).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations.
