Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in Kissimmee, FL. You will join a nationwide sales team, manage an assigned territory, and work with a leading pharmaceutical client.

You’ll promote products to physicians, develop territory plans, build influential relationships, and tailor discussions based on clinical and managed care insights to influence prescribing decisions.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or B2B sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel, including overnights and/or weekends.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client’s products to targeted physicians and healthcare professionals in territory and develop a territory business plan.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance loyalty and product adoption.
• Utilize defined selling model to obtain maximum commitment from customers on every call.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to consult, influence and tailor discussions.
• Keep up-to-date on products and therapeutic areas to address customer needs.
