Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to cover a Lakeland, FL territory. You will join a nationwide sales team, promoting client products to physicians and healthcare professionals and building a strategic territory plan.

The role requires at least 2 years in pharmaceutical or related sales, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel, including overnights and weekends. You will live within your territory to maximize engagement and impact.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or B2B sales experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, including overnights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client’s products to targeted physicians and healthcare professionals in the territory and develop a territory business plan.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance product loyalty and drive prescribing decisions.
• Utilize selling model to obtain maximum commitment from customers on every call and influence engagement results.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to customize discussions with physicians.
