Job summary

Viatris Specialty LLC is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales role in California to develop and execute territory plans aligned with corporate goals. You will conduct compelling presentations, manage prescriber relationships and drive quarterly targets while adhering to ethical standards.

The role requires a BS/BA, strong communication, and willingness to travel within the territory. You will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities to advance and impact patient access

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required.
• Minimum 0 years of pharmaceutical sales experience; 0-3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Demonstrated business acumen.
• Demonstrated success in influence and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills.
• Ability to travel throughout territory (may include overnight travel).
• Must reside in territory geography.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plan for assigned territory aligned with Viatris sales plans and objectives.
• Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
• Achieve quarterly sales goals within territory while following ethical sales practices and regulations.
• Understand and demonstrate targeting principles.
• Develop pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
• Build positive relationships with peers, customers, and company managers.
• Maintain high levels of call and field productivity.
• Gather information from offices, pharmacists and others to tailor strategies for prescribers.
• Leverage sample program, literature and other items to increase physician awareness of Viatris products.
• Respond to customer requests timely with accurate information.
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development on sales, communication and product knowledge.
