Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience; pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred.
• Ability to work independently while managing a territory and key customer relationships.
• Experience utilizing CRM platforms such as Veeva or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with corporate objectives.
• Analyze territory performance and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the territory as a business and optimize call planning and execution with CRM data.
• Deliver clinically accurate product presentations and promotional programs to support business objectives.
• Maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders; travel as required.
