Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our Deployment Solutions Commercial Division in Cincinnati. You will lead the sales plan, engage healthcare professionals, and build durable relationships with how we present our client’s products in clinics, offices and hospitals.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales, 2+ years in specialty scenes (Infectious/ Rare Disease, Immunology or Oncology), and a proven ability to navigate complex accounts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or life sciences preferred.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record.
• 2+ years specialty sales experience (Infectious/ Rare Disease, Immunology or Oncology).
• Proven experience selling in institutional settings and navigating complex accounts.

Responsibilities

• Meet and/or exceed objectives by developing and executing an integrated territory plan.
• Deliver product presentations to healthcare professionals in clinic, office and hospital settings.
• Effectively utilize client-approved resources to optimize customer engagement.
