Job summary

Syneos Health in the United States is seeking a Territory Account Manager to execute the sales plan across a defined list of current and prospective customers, delivering persuasive presentations of the client’s products. You will leverage the customer engagement selling model, navigate complex accounts, and collaborate with healthcare professionals in clinic, office, and hospital settings.

Eligibility includes 5+ years pharma sales, 2+ years specialty sales in Infectious or Rare Disease,

Qualifications

• 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• 2+ years specialty sales experience, preferably in Infectious or Rare Disease, Immunology or Oncology.
• Proven experience selling in an institutional setting and ability to navigate complex accounts.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel including overnights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and/or exceed performance objectives in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Deliver presentations of client’s product to health care professionals in Clinic/Office and Hospital settings using the engagement selling model.
• Utilize client approved resources to optimize customer engagement.
