Job summary

Sandoz seeks a Learning & Development professional to lead product, clinical, and skills training for assigned brands in the US. You will collaborate with HQ Training, Marketing, and Sales to build and execute comprehensive learning solutions that drive national sales capability.

Responsibilities include developing curricula, moderating e-learning, coordinating with vendors and SMEs, managing training budgets, and reporting on training outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in education and training roles within a pharmaceutical company.
• Knowledge of e-learning platforms and training delivery methods.
• Ability to analyze training needs and measure outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of training curricula for brands.
• Collaborate with HQ Training, vendors, and BU functions to align materials with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure funding, scheduling, and delivery of training across the field.
• Report training impact and support MR certification activities.
