Novartis seeks an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and facilitate instructor-led and eLearning solutions for customer-facing field teams. You will collaborate with management, marketing, medical, and external vendors to build learning assets and develop role-specific curricula that guide progression from foundational knowledge to advanced application.

• BA/BS required with 2–5 years of pharmaceutical experience preferred, including sales or sales training.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and platform skills with AI fluency.
• Ability to partner across commercial, medical, market access, and patient services functions.
