Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Analyst experience with a critical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
• 3 years’ experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative assistance.
• Pharmaceutical compounding industry understanding, and experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
• GMP/FDA/GDP knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and applicable channels.
• Support the sales manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling and calendar management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments; QuickBooks knowledge preferred.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on inquiries and support sales personnel.
• Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) with customer interactions, pricing, and activities.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations as needed.
• Stay informed about products and industry trends to promote sales opportunities.
